Customer Service Policy

It is our policy to process and ship orders within 24 to 72 hours of receipt of order.

When ordering products and hard copy of our publications, delays may occur if stock is in short supply and in such case, the customer will be notified by mail, fax or e-mail. We will always contact the customer within 24 to 48 hours by phone or email if there are any delays with filling an order and provide information on expected date of shipping. Customers can also check the status of an order by contacting us.

If we are experiencing delays in filling an order and our customer is unhappy and/or inconvenienced, we will accept cancellation of the order and refund all moneys in relation to this order by reimbursing the customers credit card or by return cheque within 24 hours of receiving such a request.

If any products have been discontinued and we cannot fulfil an order, we will inform the customer by phone or email within 24 to 48 hours and refund all moneys in relation to this order by reimbursing the credit card or by return cheque.

When paying by cheque, customers should allow three to seven (3-7) days after receipt for the cheque to clear.

Shipping and Packaging

Most orders are mailed via Australia Post. In some cases we may use couriers for deliveries. We pack all orders with the utmost care to ensure safe shipping. Please allow for extra delivery time for orders in states outside NSW and for orders outside Australia.

All prices quoted are in Australian Dollars unless otherwise specified, and include GST where required.

Shipping Charges – Within Australia

A postage and handling charge is included in the subscription price of the publication and is required for shipping all orders within Australia.

Shipping Charges – Outside Australia

Postage and handling charges are included in the International subscription price of the publication.

Payment for Orders from Outside Australia

All prices quoted on this website are in Australian dollars, and we request that all payments from overseas be made by credit card.

Refund/Return Policy

All Products carry a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee (not including shipping & handling).

If for any reason any product supplied by us is not satisfactory, return it within 30 days of the original purchase date to us with a written explanation of your dissatisfaction of such product, along with proof of purchase, for either an exchange or for a full refund of the original purchase price of the product. The Guarantee does not cover wilful damage.
